Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Counter Worker, located in Okotoks, AB. The Food Counter Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring food safety protocols, and maintaining operational efficiency during busy times.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Food Preparation and an understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in Customer Service to deliver a positive dining experience and address customer needs
• Cash Handling experience, including operating a cash register and managing transactions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in a quick-service restaurant or food industry is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
