Full-time, salaried (plus bonus potential) Center Director position available at Education One of Sugar Land, TX.

Education One is a provider of tutoring and test preparation services to children in grades K-12. Our individualized approach helps each child learn more and score higher on homework assignments, state assessments and college admissions tests.

As a Center Director for Education One, you will have broad responsibilities including:

• Maximize student enrollments through effective handling of customer inquiries
• Learn and practice our sales techniques and procedures
• Hire, train and supervise an exceptional team of tutors
• Tutor students when necessary, to meet customer needs.
• Manage business performance, including sales revenue, operational expenses, and store cleanliness on a daily basis

The qualifications we’re looking for in your resume:

• A Bachelors degree or higher
• 
  Experience in sales or education management preferred but not required
• An ability to build relationships and influence people
• 
  Effective problem solving skills
• The personal drive necessary to manage and build a business operation
• 
  Availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• English fluency, both verbal and written
• 
  Fluency in Mandarin or Korean at an educated native speaker level is preferred

  As a Center Director at Education One, you will earn a salary that is above average for our industry, and will be eligible for a performance-based bonus program paid monthly. We anticipate that your total compensation will be approximately $55k – $80k annually.
