“An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the local HR Team as a Training Administrator, in this role you will act as the primary point of contact with Babcock International to facilitate the effective and efficient provision of training delivered at the site by external suppliers.”
Key activities:
First point of contact for MSP (Babcock) to schedule suitable dates based on room / facility / equipment availability
Book the required training rooms on the site system and ensure all the requirements for the delivery is met including materials, refreshments etc.
Liaise with the Construction Manager, if required, to ensure any plant, equipment, work areas, Work Order cards, method statements or risk assessments are made available to allow the training to take place.
Liaise with individuals and line managers to help ensure high rates of attendance on the training
Provide oversight of waitlist/demand to ensure maximum potential attendance on training (including authorisations)
The successful candidate will have experience in an administration role and be customer focused with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders. You will be confident utilising systems and have excellent attention to detail.

Progression is available within the pay bands which does exceed the higher end of the range provided
