Our Fantastic Finance Manager position will be a key role in the future success of our organization. There are exciting opportunities to truly make a difference in our company and build a team to help drive our vision forward of helping entrepreneurs build successful high-growth businesses that will shape the world. Applicants must possess:

• Must be a US Citizen, and residing in Hawaii, preferably on Oahu
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
• LOVE mathematics
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a bonus
• Minimum of at least 7-10 years of related experience within the Finance department in this capacity, preferably in a financial or information technology industry, with a minimum of at least 3-4 years of supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of financial, accounting, asset liability and investment practices and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage and supervise staff in accounting function
• Must have skills in multiple Microsoft platforms and Financial Accounting Systems and ERP, Salesforce, and QuickBooks
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and stays abreast of changes in laws, accounting pronouncements with FASB and great understanding of taxation
• Experience using Excel spreadsheets (ability to create pivot and lookup tables)
