Job Description

If you love the world of food, join us as our new Oracle Financials Administrator, located in our Sydney office, working closely with our Global Finance Systems Specialists.

You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system – Oracle Financials Cloud. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimising the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. We are seeking someone who is brimming with entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and hunger to succeed.


You will…

  • Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses)
  • Own the financial reporting systems for our ANZ cluster (5+ entities) while leading the development and integration of new modules within the Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Troubleshoot, support and optimise solutions involving Oracle’s Cloud technologies
  • Drive the migration of an Oracle Netsuite functionality to the Oracle Cloud ERP from a technical perspective
  • Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
  • Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Optimise tools and reports leveraging Oracle best-in-class functionality to deliver significant efficiency gains
  • Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
  • Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to ensure completion of tasks and issues appropriately resolved
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)

You have/are…

  • An inquisitive self-starter with a problem-solving, logical mindset to approach demanding challenges
  • A shared passion for continuous improvement and growth
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant administration experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Netsuite or other cloud based ERP solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organisational levels
  • Attention to detail
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field of study. Individuals with
    leadership, project management, analytical and excellent communication skills (oral and
    written) are required
