The Dean of Academic Affairs will provide the leadership to the Faculty team of the Campus. this position is in charge of performing the necessary task to fulfill the mission, objectives, plans and goals of the Institution by planning, organizing, directing, staffing, training, coordinating, motivating, supervising and evaluating all facets of the institutions Academic Department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related area
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Education, with academic management experience, preferably in a proprietary school setting
• 3 to 5 years’ experience on hiring, training and mentoring staff
• Budget management and development experience
• Ability to work extended hours, which may include weekends and evenings in order to achieve the objectives

• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with students, community and Senior Executives
• Knowledgeable of regulatory and state regulations
• Ability to resolve complex concerns raised by employees, students, regulatory agencies or members of the community
