The role will mainly be supporting our seasonal hiring team, ensuring new hires into our holiday resorts and parks are onboarded correctly. As People Operations Administrator you will work as part of the team to provide essential first line support to employees and managers in all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle including recruitment and on-boarding, legislation and compliance, benefits and wellbeing, payroll and HR system administration, as well as supporting People Partners with administration for case work and project work.

This is a varied role, so we are looking for someone who is confident and proactive working within an enjoyable but busy environment, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise their workload.
Main Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact in dealing with HR and Payroll queries from employees and managers via email, phone, teams, and escalating issues as necessary
Administer and maintain accurate employee data in electronic systems including XCD HR and Payroll system in accordance with legislative requirements
Assist in the provision of business support by the People Team, including tasks such as word processing, using excel spreadsheets, collating documentation and information, filing, and distribution of information.
Liaise with internal customers to support information requests
Working flexibly as part of a team.
Any other duties as required
Required Skills and Experience
Keen interest in Human Resources and enjoy working with people
The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
Competent user of IT, including MS Office 365,
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude to work both independently and co-operatively
High level of confidentiality
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to effectively perform repetitive everyday tasks

This is a fixed term position, however there may be the opportunity to move from fixed term to permanent for the right candidate.
