We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site HR Administrator to join the team working on our Jaguar Land Rover Contract based in Solihul!
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
To provide support to the Solihull site by providing an excellent HR support service to the HR team.
To provide coordination, support and communication for the HR Team across multiple annual HR processes, including pay and bonus, EOS set-up and reporting, HR Quality Survey (HRQS) and the performance management cycle.
To be a subject matter expert in the various HR tools and systems, in conjunction with Line Managers & People Services.
To produce HR reports & analysis to identify themes, trends and make recommendations

Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
Previous HR Coordination experience
Knowledge of HR metrics
The ability to interpret a high volume of data from multiple sources and use it to inform decision making
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
To have good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
To be Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage delivery of activities through multiple stakeholders
