About the role

The Talent Acquisition team at Barwon Health are seeking an enthusiastic recruitment administrator to join our passionate, innovative team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing advice and assistance across Barwon Health to managers and to external candidates around Talent Acquisition queries including managing the Talent Acquisition Inbox
• Update position descriptions and review job requests
• Assist with Recruitment projects
• Draft external and internal advertisements
• Developing new innovative digital solutions and assisting with the coordination of careers videos and campaigns
• Coordination of the administration for all recruitment, training, invoicing and reporting
• Assist in shortlisting and interviewing

This is a temporary role for 3 months with the hope to extend. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the People and Culture team. Please apply today!
