As the Portfolio Intelligence Analyst, reporting to the Head of Innovation and Intelligence, you will work closely with the rest of the Technology team, making your mark in a number of ways:

• Build and own centralised reporting and analysis hub for the team and AirTrunk across APAC
• Lead strategic initiatives that will help drive continued growth, efficiency and will bring high customer happiness
• Develop and implement tools and technologies to enable business units to have access to the appropriate data and metrics for their business decisions

Please note this role can be based in either Singapore or Australia.

Your Day to Day

• Manage different datasets and the delivery of standardised reports, dashboards, commentaries and analyses
• Develop reporting standards including critical metrics dashboards and executive reports
• Maintain and analyse historical and live datasets
• Understand the requirements for integrations between existing platforms and collaborate with ICT and other departments to ensure the overall data warehouse is updated to support team members’ needs, ensuring single source of data is achieved
• Understand and evaluate business requirements, working with team members to deliver accurate and effective dashboards and reports
• Design, build and maintain a reporting suite on key dimensions and metrics to support AirTrunk in a relevant and timely manner
• Be up to date on emerging trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and translate these to practical insights, commentaries, and presentations to aid decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data or computer science, construction, accounting, finance, statistics or any related field
• 4+ years experience in business intelligence and analytics role in a dynamic environment. Real estate, construction and/or business operations experience preferred.
• Proven working knowledge of BI software tools (Power BI, Mixpanel etc.) and data warehousing
• Extensive knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence. Knowledge of data science would be added advantage
• Highly analytical, strong abstract and numerical reasoning skills
• Data-driven; ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to connect effectively with all professional levels within the organisation
• Facilitates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement with the ability to mentor and guide others
