Who are we looking for?

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for important aspects of the development and delivery of applications and backend services for our technology platform. Our engineering team works closely with product, operations and sales teams on requirements and design of key technological capabilities for enabling our business strategy. You will be given ownership of various portions of our development roadmap and provide solutions to technical challenges.

What are the key responsibilities?

• Create design specification based on functional requirements
• Develop front end applications and backend services and databases
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for a given application or architecture
• Design scalable product architectures optimized for cloud deployment
• Create test plans and test cases
• Participate and influence engineering best practices towards high standards of quality, reliability, scalability, and performance

Who should apply?

• Backend: Node.js, SQL, Express framework preferred

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

• Infrastructure: AWS (or other major cloud platforms)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes a plus
