Schedule: full-time, Monday-Friday between 6:30am – 6pm

Hourly Wage: salary based on experience and qualifications

Make a difference every day:

• Understand and have strong working knowledge of Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Passionately believe in and communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning
• Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves by working with teachers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity while designing plans for continual improvement
• Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
• Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
• Operate with integrity, honesty, and a positive disposition while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR Child Development Associate™ (CDA) Credential™
• A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
• Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements
