You will be the conduit for the client’s communication to the business and will have the capability to motivate and lead our internal teams to deliver these projects. Being involved from project inception through to development, encompassing the full project lifecycle from site finding, due diligence and site appraisal, through to concept and detailed design, and assessment, consenting and construction delivery, will position you as a key player within the multidisciplinary business
You will possess strong technical, management and leadership skills gained in either a consultancy or design & build contracting environment. Probably Chartered, you will be experienced mentoring junior colleagues to achieve their own professional development goals.
You will be part of our operational team who will support you on bidding, key accounts and service development and you will have a key role in shaping innovation in our products and services. You will be accountable for achieving business growth objectives, providing medium to long term views on end markets and achievement of significant year on year sale targets.
This role can be based in any of the UK office locations (Leamington Spa, Reading, London, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle upon Tyne, Knutsford or Leeds) with a hybrid working environment to suit flexible working patterns.
