Our client, an instantly recognised brand and leader within the infrastructure space, has a new opportunity for a talented senior finance professional to lead the property division.

Your new role

Reporting into the GM of the group and being part of the senior leadership team of the organisation, this key role has ownership of the financials for the property group. Key duties include:

• Lead the 5 year business planning including budgeting and forecasting for the group
• Oversight and management of capital management programmes
• Financial analysis and modelling for investment proposals
• Develop the management reporting for the group
• Commercial advisory for viability of major projects
• Lead and develop a high performing team

What you’ll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification
• Understanding and expertise in key accounting principles related to property management
• Well developed understanding and experience with cost allocation methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• High level influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience
