As the lead on our hiring efforts, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

• Working closely with managers across various departments to define recruitment needs and create a plan for the hiring process
• Work with our C-Suite to create and execute a corporate recruiting strategy that ensures that we attract, hire, and retain top employees
• Creating and publishing job announcement
• Sourcing candidates from job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
• Working with hiring managers to create assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
• Screening candidates and selecting qualified and interested candidates to move forward to the interview phase with department managers
• Investigating referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate well-rounded view of applicants
• Collecting and analyzing data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years recruiting experience
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Work in-person at our Washington, DC Headquarters

Compensation includes salary, bonuses, 401 (K) plan, paid vacation and holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
