The Accounting Clerk is responsible for monitoring and documentation of internal controls, communicating required updates, and any other duties as assigned to improve audit compliance for the hotel.

While Candidates with accounting experience are preferred, it is not required. Candidates that are open to change, have a great attention to detail, and being a part of team working on continuous improvement is our goal with filling this role.

• Cash Reconciliations and Variance Notifications
• Witness bank deposit slips for security escort service.
• Assist with distribution of month end reports
• Attend meetings as required.

• Other duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance for both internal and external auditors are in place.
• Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures

The budgeted range for this role is $19-$22/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications – External

• Accounting/Payroll experience highly preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications
