ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Accounting Assistant to partner with our accounting team in providing excellent service to our customers, vendors, and employees. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry, general accounting tasks, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal person for the job will be self-motivated with extreme precision and attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an accounting office environment, be service oriented with a team player attitude, and be proactive in resolving issues and improving processes.
Position Overview
This is a full-time role reporting to our Vice President of Finance. For this role, you’ll need to live in or near Broken Arrow/Tulsa, OK, and be willing to work at our facility in Broken Arrow five days per week. Typically this is a Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day position. On occasion, there may be a need to work additional evening and weekend hours to meet a deadline.
Mission
The mission of the Accounting Assistant is to support the accounting team by managing, with accuracy, the day-to-day functions of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
