Job Description

The EMEA business has ambitious plans for growth and expansion and as a result there is a need for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the EMEA business across the region. This is a newly created role that will require both a hands-on approach and a strategic focus in order to deliver a world class service to the business we support. The role will report locally to the Director, Partnerships & Solutions, EMEA. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work across a range of activities within a challenging and fast paced environment. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Partner with specific business divisions on all people related activity and provide advice, coaching and insights utilising specialist partners where appropriate.

Building a programmatic approach to talent management and succession planning, which retains and develops our talent, enables our growth, and underpins our culture.

Delivering on our Employee Value Proposition that will focus on:

Finding resolutions to Employee Relations issues, taking a commercial approach but ensuring that our values are not undermined.

Partner with the business to identify and invest in the right capabilities to accelerate and sustain growth

Champion, improve and role model people processes, policies and risk management and eliminate any inefficiencies.

Leverage data and insights to provide data insight led initiatives.

Exploring new ways as to how we can improve our people offering in all aspects of the employee experience

Participate in HR projects and change activity.

Skills and Requirements:
Extensive experience in an HR Business Partnering role in Commercial/Corporate Banking, ideally with a multi-country remit

A real passion for improving the employee experience

Able to see the wider picture and understand the implications of complex decisions

Comfortable with working in a fast paced and growing organisation

Finds solutions that consider multiple perspectives and future implications

Experience of working in a regulated environment and understanding the risks associated with this

Track record of promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion

Leads with empathy

A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
