Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced professional in Accounting and Finance to join a large, diverse organisation that provides crucial services to our community.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide high level financial advice and insight to enable our Disability Services portfolio to achieve its strategic business objectives. Your strong business acumen will be crucial in the success of this role where you will partner with key leaders to deliver recommendations through high quality and timely financial analysis.
What can you expect to be doing?

• Partner with portfolio leaders to deliver financial solutions aligned with the portfolios strategic priorities
• Analyse financial results and provide meaningful information to leaders that assist in financial decision making
• Timely and accurate monthly reporting of results for the portfolio and finance committee
• Support leaders in setting financial budgets in line with timeframes and objectives
• Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and support to a team of Accountants

What do you need to bring?

• Australian Accredited Degree qualification in Accounting or similar
• Membership of the Chartered Accountants in Australia or CPA Australia
• Experience providing financial advice to Executives informing business planning, strategy and operational decision making
• Expert analytical and financial modelling capability with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to adopt a business partnering model, developing relationships at Executive and Senior Manager level
