We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team!
This is a remote role to be located in the U.K. Participation in occasional on-site meetings will be necessary.
A Day in the Life:
  • Function as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship.
  • Full life cycle recruiting for assigned client groups including candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, closing/negotiating the offers, and the pre-employment process.
  • Develop successful partnerships with Business Managers/Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Work closely with Business Leaders & VP of Talent Acquisition to ensure interlock with overall hiring needs for assigned area of the business.
  • Attend weekly calls/meetings to review status on recruiting activities, discuss challenges, and suggest ideas for new/different recruitment strategies.
  • In partnership with the business, determine the qualification criteria for each position.
  • Update job descriptions in accordance with company process.
  • Meet or exceed the Talent Acquisition metrics and key performance indicators.
We are looking for someone who brings:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment preferred.
    • 3+ years of internal client relationship experience; supporting internal managers/leaders through the talent acquisition process.
    • Preferred candidate will have both high-volume experience & corporate function experience.
  • Computer/Technical:
    • Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
    • Experienced Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong consulting and relationship management skills. Ability to manage up/down within hierarchy.
    • Most possess solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and strong presentation experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and influence without authority, and drive actions necessary for desired results.
    • Elevated level of professionalism and business sophistication/acumen required.
