Workforce Management is hiring an Accounting Specialist II for a manufacturing company located in Colorado Springs. The position will require adherence to accounting policies and procedures and adaptation of new processes and task to ensure proper maintenance of the accounting system.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Experience):

  • BA/BS in Accounting and/or Business related studies
  • 2+ years of experience in a general accounting environment
  • Must be able to work independently to analyze and record financial data to the proper general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP, and DCAA guidelines.
  • Experience with JAMIS Government Cost Accounting software OR another accounting/ERP software
  • Expert in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and the utilization of advanced features

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
