Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Faculty to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a love for teaching and an ability to inspire students to appreciate the Hindi language and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Teaching Hindi**: Deliver engaging lessons that cover grammar, literature, and conversation skills, catering to different learning levels and styles.
2. **Course Development**: Assist in creating and updating curriculum materials and lesson plans, ensuring they are relevant and effective in promoting language proficiency.
3. **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and participation, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
4. **Classroom Management**: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a love for the Hindi language.
5. **Parent Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress and any areas of concern, fostering a collaborative approach to learning.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Applicants must possess a minimum education of 12th pass. A strong command of the Hindi language and the ability to explain concepts clearly are essential. Candidates should be enthusiastic, patient, and able to connect with students of various ages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for successful classroom interactions. Basic computer skills will be beneficial for lesson planning and assessments. A creative approach to teaching will be appreciated, allowing for a dynamic learning experience.
