The Role

This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering for a maternity leave and is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious HR Coordinator to gain hands-on experience at the next-level. As the Talent Acquisition & Development Advisor, you’ll be responsible for a range of HR activities from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, learning and development coordination and providing general HR and HR Admin support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including liaising with Directors to understand job-briefs, liaising with external agencies, utilising a range of platforms to advertise and screen candidates and interviewing
• Coordinate and manage the on-boarding and induction processes for new employees
• Responsible for sourcing graduates and students for the Firm’s Graduate and Vacationer Programs including coordinating attendance at university careers fairs
• Assist with the bi-annual performance review and remuneration process
• Identify training needs within the Firm, source and implement appropriate programs and events and track budgets etc
• Provide general administrative and advisory support to the Firm and P&C Team
• Draft and maintain policies
• Coordinate staff engagement activities

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a relevantly qualified HR professional with at least 1-2 years experience in an HR Coordinator level role. Some volume recruitment experience will be highly advantageous along with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships across the business.
