We are looking for a dedicated Gynecologist to join our medical team in Kawardha, Chhattisgarh, India. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in gynecology and obstetrics.
As a Gynecologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to women’s reproductive health. You will provide comprehensive gynecological care, manage pregnancies, perform deliveries, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation: Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders, reproductive health concerns, and hormonal conditions.
Obstetric Care: Monitor pregnancies, provide antenatal and postnatal care, and manage normal and high-risk pregnancies.
Deliveries and Procedures: Conduct normal deliveries, assist with cesarean sections, and perform gynecological procedures as required.
Preventive Healthcare: Provide screenings, health education, family planning guidance, and preventive care services.
Emergency Management: Handle obstetric and gynecological emergencies while ensuring timely and effective patient care.
Collaboration: Coordinate with pediatricians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for comprehensive patient management.
Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, diagnostic findings, and procedural reports.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess an MD/MS/DGO qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a strong understanding of women’s healthcare and maternity services. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for patient counseling and clinical coordination. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage emergency cases effectively. A commitment to patient-centered care, ethical medical practice, and continuous professional development is expected. This role is hospital-based and requires effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
