University of Oxford TSS Hiring for HR Assistant at Headington Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a temporary full time HR Assistant to work on site at one of our Headington based departments starting early April and lasting for approx 4 – 8 weeks, the role will be to work 36.5 hrs p/w and pay in the region of £12.04 p/h – £15.60 p/h depending on experience

Duties:
Running recruitments start to end

Making changes to personnel files in People XD

Monitoring and responding to emails in shared inbox, escalating issues where required

Supporting applications for work visas, liaising with SIT team

Dealing with day-to-day HR casework, and escalating issues to the Departmental Administrator

Essential Criteria

Proven direct experience of working in Human Recourses in a professional environment
