Integration Developer

Do you have a passion for integrating data from multiple systems? Our growing team requires your help to accelerate and evolve our newly formed Integrations team.

We use a range of technologies in our work, and here is an insight into our current stack:

• C# .NET 4.8, WPF, ASP.NET WebAPI 2
• WCF, SOAP, XML-RPC, REST, LDAP, CSV, XML, JSON, .NET APIs

What you would do as an Integration Developer

You will work closely with members of your Integrations Agile team and Product Management colleagues to design, develop, and maintenance of suite of integration offerings. Not only does this encompass integrating data into our systems, but also to help evolve and support our externally facing APIs and integration partners.

You would also:

• Assist with code quality and pull requests.
• Collaborate on architectural design decisions.
• Ensure clean code and SOLID principles are upheld.
• Gain a strong understanding of Traka’s products, solutions and services.
• Take ownership, pride, and technical responsibility for your team’s work.
• Uphold and refine our guidelines and best practices.
• Work as a team to become domain experts in Integration, sharing and documenting your knowledge and experience to support the team delivering their goals.

The skills and experience you need

You will be passionate about data, APIs, code quality and upholding our development standards.

You will have a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions, while being an engaging and positive team player with a take-charge attitude and commitment to getting things done.

You will share our passion for agile software development, taking pride and quality in our work, encouraging a collaborative working environments, empowerment, honesty, and trust.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly experienced with C# and .NET.
• Is comfortable working in across the development stack.
• Has prior experience of directly interfacing APIs.
• Exhibits clear methodical thinking, is a natural problem solver and takes an analytical approach.
• Has a thorough understanding and applied experience of SOLID principals, clean code and unit testing.
• Show excellent teamworking and communication skills.
• Be analytical, pragmatic, resourceful, and enthusiastic to get under the skin of what our products are, how they work and the benefits they provide for our customers.
• Be friendly and hungry for acquiring new knowledge and building great products.
• Has experience working in an Agile software development environment.
