Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC Hiring for Director of Call Center Recruiting Job at Remote Full Time

Director of Recruiting is accountable for directing the day-to-day operations of an assigned territory. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment operation, including daily management of remote teams, direct client interface, employee development, and fiscal accountability. The Director executes strategic direction set by the client and Executive Leadership team.

O*bj*ectives and Responsibilities of the Director Recruiting

• Leads the business’s recruiting efforts for a designated area or LOB
• Explores and implements practices that allows company to attract top talent to the business.
• Provides leadership in the establishment of company employment brand and develops supporting materials in order to communicate value proposition through the business’s employment advertisements, career sites, job descriptions, and other employment materials.
• Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying, and implementing projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Leads the strategic direction of his or her territory and examines hiring trends in anticipation of the business’s response to labor market changes, for example, shortages and surpluses of available labor.
• Leads, develops, and manages an ambitious high-performing team
• Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying, and implementing projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Determines the strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting team, which in turn supports the business’s growth while simultaneously maintaining company culture and quality standards.
• Leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics and leads the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to find opportunities for improvement.
• Oversees full cycle recruitment in support of all business’s functions.
• Partners with compliance on all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process.
• Responsible for driving a full-cycle recruiting processes; this is inclusive of providing corrective as well as counseling options, and employment termination as may be required.
• Coach to key junior level personnel, constantly honing their skills, and readying them for the career growth
• Collaborate with Operations leaders as well as other leaders within the business in determining the current and future talent requirements of the business and those needs unique to each client.

Required Qualifications of the Director Recruiting

· Education: The Director of Recruiting must have a High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.

· Experience: A candidate for this position must have at least 6 years in working experience in a management recruiting position, preferably working in a fast-paced and highly competitive business. The candidate must have a proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating.

· Computer Skills/MS Office: A suitable candidate must have superior computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in the use of MSWord, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Out

· Travel: Ideal candidate will be able to travel up to 30% or as needed by company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
