Director of Recruiting is accountable for directing the day-to-day operations of an assigned territory. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment operation, including daily management of remote teams, direct client interface, employee development, and fiscal accountability. The Director executes strategic direction set by the client and Executive Leadership team.

Required Qualifications of the Director Recruiting
· Education: The Director of Recruiting must have a High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
· Experience: A candidate for this position must have at least 6 years in working experience in a management recruiting position, preferably working in a fast-paced and highly competitive business. The candidate must have a proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating.
· Computer Skills/MS Office: A suitable candidate must have superior computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in the use of MSWord, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Out
· Travel: Ideal candidate will be able to travel up to 30% or as needed by company

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
