Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their business based out of their prestige BMW Manchester.

About the role of Accounts Administrator

• To be responsible for all aspects of the accounting processes for review by the accountant.
• To prepare the daily bank reconciliation.
• To reconcile and post vehicle bonuses and finance commissions.
• To post monthly prepayments and accruals, advertising costs, intercompany transfer and reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
• To prepare the monthly consignment stock reconciliation, head office sales ledger reports and departmental expense analysis.
• To undertake the preparation and completion of the monthly payroll.

To be an Accounts Administrator you will:

• Have experience in Bank reconciliations or purchase ledger
• Desirable to be studying towards AAT or an accounts qualification
• Thrive under pressure
• Be driven to succeed
• Work well in fast paced busy environments
