Home Care Billing and Finance Specialist

Patience In Home Care (PIHC) is a Private Duty Nursing company looking for the right individual experienced with navigating home care billing processes. PIHC is providing in home care services for individuals with complex medical needs. PIHC’s targeted service area includes Anoka, Hennepin and Ramsey County areas.

Home Care Billing Consultant: $20-30/hr.

Experience and flexibility in hours are main drivers in pay rate.

Responsibilities:

• Navigating DHS and MN-ITS billing system.
• Leading Medical Billing discussions by leveraging experience in the industry working with various payment methods (MA, Private Pay, Waivers).
• Providing estimates and ad hoc reporting to help support financial planning and business decisions.
• Developing Billing process for our company and providing training and education to our team on Billing processes.

Requirements:

• Schedule that allows flexibility to work with us on Part Time basis.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Technically savvy with Office Products and billing software (i.e. QuickBooks)
• Team player with a positive attitude and effective organizational and communication skills.

Pass DHS background study.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
