Severfield Group Hiring for HR Business Partner at Thirsk Full Time

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll support our Dalton site with operational, proactive, HR support and advice in line with the Group’s HR strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s market leader of structural steel.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Delivery, you’ll work with the wider HR team who are based across the North of England and Northern Ireland to deliver our HR strategy, and support key stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who is looking for their next step in their HR career, offering the opportunity to really make your mark in an established PLC. You’ll be capable of making independent HR generalist decisions, enjoy working collaboratively with other HR professionals, and have a real desire to be part of a forward-thinking HR team.

This role will have responsibility for building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with our Production facility in Dalton, Thirsk. This truly is an exciting time to join Severfield, as the business continues to grow and lead the field in structural steelwork.

You’ll have vast experience when dealing with HR policies and procedures, including the management of complex casework, employee relations issues, and the delivery of HR projects. With a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification, you’ll be a true HR professional, who can work with management to ensure HR compliance, consistency, and credibility.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics or construction industries.
