Your new role

As the Talent Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for:

• Preparing job adverts
• Scheduling and facilitating interviews
• Conducting background and reference checks
• Implementing new strategies of sourcing candidates
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies
• Onboarding successful candidates
• Supporting the business manager with any other tasks needed with talent acquisition

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment (minimum 1-2 years)
• Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience maintaining employee compliance databases
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Blue Card
