Senior Accountant responsibilities

document and manage your workflow
communicate the status of jobs to clients and management regularly
meet with clients to develop relevant planning tools and strategies
gather and interpret relevant data to execute accurate reporting to clients and management
review and audit work of junior team members and examine records for accuracy
manage your own weekly job budgets and assist the team to meet its budgets
collaborate with our legal, finance and insurance professionals to cover your clients’ entire financial roadmap and ensure they are on track to achieving their goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

completion of relevant tertiary education
completion of CA/CPA
3+ years practical experience
superior written and spoken communication skills
personal integrity, attention to detail and an analytical mind
proven ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders and your team
thorough understanding of complex corporate structures
working knowledge of accounting software platforms
