You have:
8+ years working in talent acquisition at software & technology companies
3+ years of experience leading talent acquisition efforts, you are an exceptional people manager and recruiter for your own team
The drive and grit to be successful at a hyper growth start-up
General knowledge to work across all departments including technical teams e.g. engineering, product and design
A “bigger than me” attitude, we move together to serve LP’s best interests
You command:

Mondays & project management with a high level of organization
Leveraging an ATS (bonus points for Lever)

Pay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
