Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Stone, UK (UK Remote working available)

The successful candidate will be able to work fully remote in the UK or can report into one of our physical offices located in Stone, Manchester, Cambridge, Liverpool or Deeside.

We are seeking an attentive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive forward our ambitious growth demands for our global offices. You will join a growing and passionate Talent Acquisition team, working extremely closely with our HR division. You will be given the opportunity to add significant value through creative thinking, consistent communication and achieving influence.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be very much hands-on, working on the front line and acting as the face of Instem to help achieve our growth targets. You will have access to a support infrastructure that will allow you to achieve success, with plenty of opportunity for you to recommend and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities;

• Promoting Instem’s brand, helping us to become an employer of choice

• Being the face of Instem on specific platforms, at meetups and exhibitions

• Building rapport with Instems hiring community and prospective candidates

• Account administration which includes (but not limited to) creation of job adverts, offer/contract creations, candidate communication emails

• Agency management

• Own and manage the candidate process from initial qualification to onboarding

• Attract and headhunt the most appropriate candidates for our requirements

• Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.

Required Skills;

• Outstanding communication skills, with 12/18 months recruitment exposure

• Awareness and knowledge of the recruitment process and the ability to overcome setbacks

• A keen eye for detail, along with a thirst for personal development

• Confidence in your own knowledge and ability to manage objections of others.
