The Opportunity
The Human Resources Centres of Expertise are Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Reward and Engagement; they develop and deliver strategies across Jaguar Land Rover to improve organisational capability and the employee experience
This role sits in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise and will be responsible for continuous improvement and project related activities, along with ensuring the successful delivery of IR35 & contingent agency recruitment.
You will support the Talent Acquisition manager with continuous improvement activities across all types of recruitment and will get involved in the delivery of Talent Acquisition projects and HR projects with an impact on recruiting. These activities will include gathering and analysing feedback and recommending solutions or improvements. Also assisting with the development and delivery of plans to improve candidate & hiring manager experience or improve recruiter efficiency. You will support the development, testing and deployment of changes to process and/or technology and take ownership of specific tasks that contribute to the delivery of projects within the team. You will work with HR Direct teams to support the resolution of operational issues and with CoE colleagues to support the early careers recruitment cycle and delivery of recruitment marketing activities / campaigns.
You will take day to day ownership for JLR’s compliance with IR35 by providing effective project management, high quality stakeholder engagement and monitoring of outcomes. You will offer specialist support and advise in relation to IR35 and facilitate the annual cycle of activities that ensure Jaguar Land Rover remain compliant with all requirements.
You’ll also be responsible for supporting the management of our Managed Service Provider agreement for the sourcing, management and payment of salaried agency workers. You will be the day to day contact point for the team and for queries relating to the service provision.
