We are seeking a dedicated General Physician to join our medical team in Khanna, Ludhiana, Punjab The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients while ensuring their health and well-being. This full-time position is suited for both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Patient Assessments**: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to determine health issues.
2. **Diagnosis and Treatment**: Develop accurate diagnoses and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients, considering their unique medical backgrounds.
3. **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor patients’ progress following treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
4. **Health Education**: Provide patients with clear information about their conditions and educate them on preventive healthcare practices to promote long-term wellness.
5. **Collaboration with Healthcare Staff**: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach in delivering patient care.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in medicine and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and a strong sense of ethics are also important in delivering high-quality patient care. Qualification MD/DNB in Internal Medicine Package is LPM – LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
