Clark Equipment is a leading Australian owned group of companies. We are involved in the manufacture, import, distribution and support of a range of industrial, agricultural and material handling equipment. Our major brands include Bobcat, Clark, Daken, Doosan, McCormick Tractors and Omega.

We are going through some changes here at Clark. As a result of this, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, problem-solver who loves to help people. This involves meeting, emailing, messaging the users, user-setups to devices and basically helping the users with their ‘tech’ so they can get their jobs done. Whilst you won’t need a degree or certifications, it would be great if you were working toward them and love learning. You don’t need to know all of the answers right now. The team will be here to support you while you support the team and the end-users.

The role is quite varied and include helping users with mobile phones, desktop phones, laptops, desktops, Office 365 software, ERP software or reports. As mentioned earlier, we also have some exciting projects in the works involving the upgrade and improvement of our systems and technology and you would help play a role in making that happen.
