Special Education Paraprofessional Pay:

Special Education Paraprofessional Role: We are seeking patient, communicative, creative paraeducators to support student behavior, emotional, and academic growth in a trauma-informed/invested manner. This includes building healthy relationships with students, assisting them in engaging in programming, and holding them accountable while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma minimum; BA in Education or related area preferred. Prior experience in a structured setting supervising and/or instructing children/adolescents strongly desired.
