We are looking to add a Project Manager to the Damon team – if you are ready to push beyond the limits & do your best work – we want to hear from YOU!

Position Overview:
As part of the PMO team, manage day to day running of various program management tasks, with particular emphasis on; Software Engineering project management, schedule tracking and frequent program related interactions with both our internal and external resources across our global network.

Responsibilities:
Produce accurate and timely reporting of Software project status throughout its life cycle through use of project timelines, detailed project plans and managing of development milestones.

Communicate project status to key stakeholders.

Work closely with the Software teams both internal and external, to deliver against program requirements.

Risk management and mitigation.

Assist the team with external vendor procurement and deliverables.

Interact frequently with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams as well as our supply base throughout North & South America, Europe and Asia.

Guide and facilitate meetings across the company and ensure action items are completed promptly.

Perform other program related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

5+ years of proven working experience in agile project management or similar field, preferably within a product development function.

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Well organized and delivery focused with a detail oriented approach and track record of on-time delivery in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Open to flexible working hours due to work within multiple time zones.

Experience with various Project Management tools including Smartsheet, Jira, Jama is a plus.
