Position Overview
As part of the Talent Acquisition team the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will be responsible for assisting the continued exceptional growth of our company by identifying talent and guiding them through the recruitment process. This role will be involved in the full recruitment life cycle for all US roles with the support of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own the pipeline generation and active and passive sourcing of candidates with targeted hires and retention in mind.
The candidate will build relationships with the key stakeholders across the business as well as candidates and teammates to provide the best match between candidates and opportunities within the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for supporting the recruitment drive for our New York office and other offices as needed. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a wide breadth of sourcing expertise as well as exceptional stakeholder management. This individual will work closely with global counterparts working toward the same goal – maintaining our growth trajectory by attracting, retaining, and developing our employees.
Responsibilities
Focus on the generation of candidates for the US business units as well as global business units as required
Build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current live roles as well as talent pools for future roles
Maintain relationships with passive candidates in the talent pools
Work with Senior TA Manager to build relationships with key stakeholders across the US business units
Build relationships across the global TA team and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives in TA
Understand the business units, role, candidate profile, and interview process for each position you are supporting
Understand and identify key ingredients of Third Bridge in terms of resume review and assessment techniques
Source active candidates and shortlist passive candidates using various recruitment channels
Create and maintain candidate pools for these business units
Perform CV review and initial phone screens
Build relationships with third party supplier as needed
Work with team members to ensure KPIs are met as an individual and a team
Help design and drive any process improvements to help us attract the best in class candidate
Skills
Demonstrable success of direct sourcing candidates using multiple channels
Skilled in candidate sourcing with an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Proficiency in a fast-paced atmosphere
Consistent track record of achieving KPIs and hiring targets Adept in initial candidate assessment including CV review and phone interview
Proactive, self-managing individual with strong time management capability and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Resilient when handling rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
Familiarity working with an ATS and maintaining a high level of data integrity
The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the country they are applying.
