Role OverVIOOH

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a background in attracting technology professionals, with a keen interest in people, company culture and the tech landscape needed to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a highly motivated team responsible for sustainably and responsibly hiring the right people and to be part of helping shape our future Talent Acquisition strategy.

You’ll be part of our People team, working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition and the wider People team. Your focus will be sourcing across Engineering, Product, Commercial, Marketing and all business departments as required.

What you’ll be working on

• To work collaboratively with the community, people team, marketing teams and others throughout the sourcing process.
• To support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling, interviewing, coding challenges and all day to day Talent Acquisition activities.
• Screening candidates for roles across the business (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Commercial, Support and Operations).
• Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to bring sourcing strategies together.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, provide various data sources on things like salary, sourcing timelines etc.

What we want from you

• A minimum of 2 years sourcing permanent engineering, product or commercial roles.
• Experience building constant pipelines of candidates across all levels of experience.
• Experienced screening, interviewing and articulating business requirements and feedback.
• Able to think outside of the industry-standard sourcing practices and use a wide range of tools, platforms, social media & events to attract talent.
• Worked within a tech/digital/product company internally or within an agency focusing on similar industries
