Ealing Council Hiring for HR Administrator at London Full Time
Job description
You will be working in a busy administration team within the HR Shared Service Centre, setting up new starters, making employee pay changes and issuing contracts.
The role is varied, with duties including:
- setting up new employees and/or additional/change of posts for school employees
- issuing employment contracts
- making pay changes/post details for existing employees
- being the first point of contact; face to face, telephone and Teams for HR enquiries on terms and conditions of employment, annual leave general HR queries.
We are looking for someone who has:
- an eye for detail and can provide accurate contracts and employee letters
- excellent customer service experience
- the ability to work as a team player in a multifunctional team
- the ability to prioritise their workload to meet important deadlines.
