Intermex is based in Miami, we’re growing and looking for a contract recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at recruiting for various skill sets nationally, while also adhering to Intermex recruiting processes and standards. We seek a self-motivated recruiter who will build strong relationships with internal client groups, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities include –

• full-cycle recruiting duties for a variety of roles, with a heavy emphasis on actively sourcing for Sales and Operations

• Create and drive non-traditional, innovative recruitment methods to ensure a continuous pipeline of active as well as passive job seekers
• Identify, develop, and implement sourcing initiatives that result in sufficient volume of quality talent to meet workforce needs within the respective client groups

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume growth environment

• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions, and a genuine excitement for rolling up your sleeves and contributing to all parts of the recruiting process

• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates

• Self-starter mentality; comfortable with ambiguity, limited direction, and establishing something from nothing

• Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) and attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
