In your new role as National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a sizeable team in the delivery of all operational talent acquisition services for our client. This encompasses all streams of recruitment including high volume front line team members. As a transforming function, the leader will ensure that candidates and line managers enjoy the best possible experience with outcomes that enable business performance. You will provide input to the EVP and brand whilst driving improvements in processes, innovation and quality outcomes.

To be successful in this exciting role, you will offer depth and success in leading an internal talent acquisition function across diverse business areas, including high-volume recruitment campaigns. You will have a proven ability to engage and develop your direct team along with exceptional stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
