We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Chatrapati Nagar. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Conducting Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits.
– **Handling Inbound Calls:** Receive and assist incoming calls from customers, resolving their queries and providing information as needed.
– **Maintaining Customer Database:** Update and manage customer information in the database to ensure accuracy and follow up with leads as necessary.
– **Generating Leads:** Identify prospective clients and generate leads through conversations, promoting the company’s offerings.
– **Meeting Sales Targets:** Aim to meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management to contribute to the company’s growth.
– **Providing Feedback:** Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve service delivery and product offerings.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. A pleasant and confident voice is essential for this role. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important for managing customer records. Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt quickly, be goal-oriented, and demonstrate a persistent attitude toward achieving results. Previous experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates.
