About the Team:
you will be part of the Technical Recruiting team. Our Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of U.S. Bank. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. What you will do
Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.
Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Perform duties involving candidate and new hire communications
Answers questions from new hires and managers regarding on-boarding issues.
Instructs and assists employees in the completion of forms.
May assist Human Resources staff on projects.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $21.25 – $28.32 – $31.15
