Business Development Manager (Construction)

£35,000 – £45,000 (+ 30% of basic salary) + Training + Progression + Car + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in the construction industry, looking to join an industry-leading manufacturer, where you will be able to dramatically increase your yearly earnings and have the opportunity to progress your career to a senior managerial level?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business in a highly autonomous role. You will be dealing with household names while earning uncapped commission within a regional patch.

This nationally renowned manufacturer primarily operate in the commercial and housing sector. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to help them grow their organisation. The company support the development of its staff and encourage training.

In this position you will be home-based, travelling to a variety of different clients. You will be overseeing all Business Development and sales process’, engaging in activities including but not limited to relationship building, presentations to clients/engineers, marketing, networking and meeting sales targets.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager from a Construction background, looking to work for a growing company offering a great commission structure and opportunity to progress into Regional / National Sales Manager.
