An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Senior Talent & Acquisition Advisor to join our high performing team based in Perth.

Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across our Mining and Resources division and leading a small team. Day to day you will;

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine recruitment requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactively partner with the recruitment team and the wider business to understand Calibre’s recruitment forecast
• Designing and deploying fit for purpose talent attraction strategies
• Managing relationships with agency suppliers including ensuring compliance with labour-hire agreements

• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Mining and Resources sector
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Consultative and proactive approach
