Your Role…

Based out of Melbourne or Sydney, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our RPO team onsite with one of Australia’s largest marketing communications companies, who deliver outstanding, thoughtful, award winning work for their clients and need to attract and retain the best digital talent to continue their success.

In this role you will be leading a high performing Talent Acquisition team that are truly collaborative, innovative and deliver forward thinking recruitment strategies. As the onsite face of PeopleScout you will build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, quickly developing your understanding of the clients’ business. You come with an understanding of reporting, metrics and analysis, along with an ability to use this data to develop meaningful conclusions.

You may be coming from agency land and looking to work closer and more in depth with an engaged client group. You may be coming from an inhouse role and looking for more autonomy and ownership, coupled with extensive support. Either way we want to talk to you.
