Your Role

As our HR Manager you will be responsible for encouraging a positive, energetic environment focusing on the employee journey providing support to our teams. This is a hands on role in which you will help to shape our teams by recruiting and onboarding the best individuals for our roles. You must enjoy a challenge and be able to engage with our teams to build relationships. With a diverse variation of roles and skills required across our Holiday Parks, understanding, and delivering a clear recruitment and retention strategy is key to the business success.

This opportunity allows for hybrid working, being based predominantly at our Callander Woods Holiday Park (FK17 8LE) as well working from home for two days a week. We may require travel between our Holiday Parks at times to interact with and support our teams. Flexibility in shifts is encouraged with three weekend days a month (one weekend off) which is required due to the nature of our business working approximately 37.5 hours per week.

About You

We are seeking a confident, skilled individual who has experience in operating in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry or similar. The successful candidate should have a proactive approach and will be able contribute to continuous improvement ensuring our processes are customer focused, efficient and inspiring. Excellent communication is essential as well as great social media skills to promote our brand and our opportunities. You must be self motivated, focused and organised ensuring you manage your time effectively working flexibly in your role and the recruitment climate.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience of a hospitality HR environment (min 3 years)
• Management or supervisory experience (min 1 year)
• Confident in using Microsoft packages and other HR software programmes
• Understands and has knowledge of core and specialised people practices.
• Support our L&D team to drive Career Opportunities, Training and Pathways
• Leading on HR projects and strategy
